Describe a situation where your automated test identified a critical defect. How did you communicate this finding to the development team, and what was the outcome?

Bar Raiser: Cultural Fit & Long-Term Potential
The Bar Raiser round is conducted by an experienced Amazon employee trained to assess candidates objectively and ensure they raise the hiring bar. This round focuses on cultural fit, long-term potential, and whether the candidate is better than at least 50% of current Amazon employees in similar roles .
