Bar Raiser - Cultural Fit & Long-Term Potential
The Bar Raiser round is a unique aspect of Amazon's hiring process. This interviewer is from outside the immediate team and is specifically trained to assess the candidate's overall potential and cultural fit within Amazon. They focus on whether the candidate is better than at least 50% of Amazon employees at the same level. They will assess the candidate's ability to think big, innovate, and contribute to Amazon's long-term goals.
