Explain how you would choose between Amazon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Redshift for a data-driven application.
You notice EC2 costs have spiked. What steps would you take to investigate and address this?

Amazon Leadership Principles Deep Dive
This round assesses the candidate's alignment with Amazon's Leadership Principles through behavioral questions. Interviewers look for specific examples from the candidate's past experiences that demonstrate these principles.

Describe a situation where you had to dive deep into a complex problem to understand the root cause. What steps did you take, and what did you learn? (Dive Deep)

Bar Raiser Round
This round is conducted by an experienced Amazon employee from outside the hiring team. The Bar Raiser assesses the candidate's overall potential and ensures that the hiring decision raises the bar for future hires.
Describe a time when you disagreed with a decision made by your manager or team lead. How did you voice your concerns, and what was the outcome? (Have Backbone; Disagree and Commit)
Tell me about a time when you identified a significant opportunity to improve a process or system. What steps did you take to implement the improvement, and what was the impact? (Invent and Simplify)
