This round assesses the candidate's alignment with Amazon's Leadership Principles through behavioral questions. It evaluates their past experiences and how they have demonstrated key leadership traits such as customer obsession, ownership, and bias for action .

Bar Raiser Interview
The Bar Raiser round is conducted by an experienced Amazon employee from outside the hiring team. This interviewer assesses the candidate's overall fit with Amazon's culture and ensures that the hiring decision raises the bar for future hires . The focus is on long-term potential and alignment with the Leadership Principles .
