BluePrint is open to startups and founders from the Ideation stage to Series A readiness. Students, working professionals, independent founders, researchers, and startup teams from all backgrounds and geographies are welcome to apply. There is no age limit.

Participation in the contest does not require prior incorporation or fundraising.

Funding Consideration - Important Notes

Participation in BluePrint does not guarantee funding. Startups may be considered for funding discussions at the sole discretion of participating investors and ecosystem partners, subject to applicable laws, internal policies, and due diligence outcomes.

To be eligible for funding consideration, startups must meet the following criteria at the time of investment:

• Be incorporated, in the process of incorporation, or willing to incorporate as a Private Limited Company if selected
• Be incorporated within the last 10 (ten) years
• Be at the pre-revenue, MVP, or product–market fit stage
• Have not exceeded ₹100 Crore in revenue in any financial year
• Possess valid DPIIT recognition, or be willing to apply for and obtain DPIIT recognition prior to any funding disbursement
• Not operate in prohibited or restricted sectors, including but not limited to alcohol, non-vegetarian food products, leather goods, gambling, or betting

Final funding decisions, investment terms, and timelines shall be determined independently by the respective investors and are subject to commercial, legal, and regulatory approvals.
