Executing cost-saving techniques/ measures and modifying the system as & when necessary to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditure. Vendor Selection, Negotiation/Procurement, building services contracts, Vendor evaluations, and timely revisions of contracts for effective cost savings. Event Management, Cafeteria & Tuck Shop Management. Planned strategy to ensure efficient management of equipment, properties, etc. Optimize real estate portfolio in the cluster by meeting people-to-seat ratios, space utilization requirements, and vacancy levels. Managing Commercial leases as per organizational requirements. Assist transaction team to negotiate lease, and renewals and to evaluate relocation alternatives. Ensure all site management and operations practices are in compliance with company and client standards including all applicable codes, regulations, and laws. Good efficiency and knowledge in employing best business practices to ensure that the services and processes supporting the organization go smoothly. Coordination with all key stakeholders to know and meet their requirements. Implement preventive, ongoing, and anticipated maintenance/repair programs, Establish a timeline, flow charts, and plan of action to initiate, execute, and complete facility improvement projects in the most expedient and cost-effective methods. Responsible for implementing EHS practices for environmental protection, occupational health, and safety at the workplace.
