Data Entry & Maintenance Analyst (Truck Trailer Management)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Maintenance Analyst. The role focuses on truck trailer tire management, maintenance records, and cost tracking. The ideal candidate will combine strong data handling skills with a basic mechanical understanding of truck trailer maintenance.

Requirements

· 1–2 years of mechanical background in truck trailer maintenance (preferred)

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Ability to work with data visualization tools to create charts and graphs

· Familiarity with software applications for record management and analysis

· Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently

· Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

· Maintain and update records of truck trailer tire usage, maintenance schedules, and costs

· Track and analyze maintenance data for efficiency and cost optimization

· Create Gantt charts, graphs, and comparative reports for performance and cost analysis

· Support the team with data entry and reporting tasks using Microsoft Office and other software tools

· Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
