We are currently hiring for Field Sales Executives for PAYTM.

Job Title -- Field Sales Executive

Location -- Abu Road, Mount Abu Rajasthan

Salary – 12000-16500 Rs In Hand + Benefits

Job Summary:

We're looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team at Paytm.

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our digital payment solutions, including QR codes,

Sound Boxes, and EDC/Card Swipe Machines to local merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for Paytm's payment solutions

2. Onboard merchants, install QR codes and devices, and provide post-sale support

3. Promote and sell Sound Boxes and Card Swipe Machines

4. Ensure customer engagement and maintain strong relationships

5. Track sales activities, report progress, and provide market feedback

Requirements:

1. 10th pass or above, with 0-1 year of experience in field sales

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

4. Valid driving license and two-wheeler ownership (mandatory)

5. Good knowledge of local geography.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age: 18-36 years

2. Education: 10th pass or above

3. Experience: 0-1 year in field sales (freshers can apply)

4. Skills: Lead generation, product demo, convincing skills, and area knowledge

Working Hours:• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
