Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Sourcing: Finding candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, or campus placements.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Filtering thousands of resumes to find the top 5% and conducting initial rounds to check for "culture fit."
  • Offer Management: Negotiating salaries and issuing offer letters.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

This is a critical "behind-the-scenes" function:

  • Salary Processing: Ensuring everyone is paid on time, including bonuses and deductions (TDS, PF, etc.).
  • Leave Management: Tracking sick leaves, casual leaves, and maternity/paternity leaves.

6. Employee Relations & Culture

  • Grievance Handling: Providing a safe way for employees to report problems.

7. Statutory Compliance & Policy Making

The "Legal" side of HR:

  • Labor Laws: Ensuring the company follows government rules regarding working hours, safety, and minimum wage.
  • Canteen & Restrooms: Managing the staff who run the canteen and ensuring hygiene standards.

5. Shift & Time Office Management

  • Shift Scheduling: Assigning workers to specific shifts to ensure the production line never stops.
  • Punching Errors: Resolving "Missed Punches" at the factory gate.
  • Gate Pass System: Managing "In/Out" passes for workers leaving during shift hours for personal work or lunch.

1. Database & Record Management (MIS)·   

     Physical Files: Keeping "Master Files" for every employee containing their ID proofs, educational certificates, and signed contracts.

·        Late-Coming Reports: Identifying "chronic" latecomers and issuing warning letters or deducting pay.
