Accounts Executive / Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounting Assistant with strong accounting fundamentals and proficiency in computer operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting tasks, working on accounting software such as Tally/QuickBooks, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office tools.

📌 Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting entries

• Work on accounting software like Tally / QuickBooks
• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint
• Handle reconciliations and data management
• Support finance and backend operations

🧠 Required Skills:Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good computer handling skills
• Knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Attention to detail and accuracy

🎓 Education:Graduation required

• Preferred: B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Background

👤 Experience:Freshers with strong skills can apply

• 1–5 years experience preferred

⚠️ Important Note:Must be comfortable with Night Shift

• Candidates with accounting background will be preferred
