Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The role involves handling documentation, data management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations.


  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain records, files, and databases accurately
  • Handle data entry and update internal systems regularly
  • Coordinate with front office, sales, and other departments
  • Manage Shipments, Inward, GRN, Return reconciliation.
  • Respond to emails and internal queries professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
