Job Title: Back Office Executive / Office Admin (Female
Location: Agra – Dayal Bagh, Uttar Pradesh, India
Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director / Operations Manager
About the Role: Medcure Organics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Female Back Office / Office Admin Executive to support daily administrative and sales coordination activities. The role involves managing documentation, customer communication, invoicing, order tracking, CRM maintenance, and payment follow-ups to ensure smooth office and sales operations.
This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are organized, communicative, and comfortable working with MS Office and Tally.

- Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Administrative & Back Office Support,Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, invoices, and customer data.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Billing, Accounts &dDocumentation,create and manage invoices using Tally.
- Update and maintain month-wise sales and payment sheets.
- Send payment reminders to customers as per due dates and follow up regularly.
- Assist in basic accounts-related coordination and reporting.
- Customer Coordination & CRM Management,address and resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with customer details and transaction history.
- Regularly follow up with customers to strengthen relationships.
- Convert inactive customers into active customers through consistent follow-ups.
- Order Dispatch & Tracking, Coordinate dispatch of orders with the logistics team.
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
- Maintain records of dispatched and pending orders.
- Sales Support Activities, Update and circulate price lists on a regular basis.
- Support the sales team with data, reports, and customer coordination.
- Assist in improving sales efficiency through accurate reporting and follow-ups.
- Key Skills & Qualifications, Graduation in any discipline
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Hands-on experience with Tally invoicing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
Experience: Freshers to 3 years of relevant experience
