Job Description
Business Analyst & Process Manager ( Jain Candidates Prefrence)

Reports To: Director
Role Overview: The Business Analyst & Process Manager is responsible for analyzing business operations, improving workflows, and driving efficiency across content production, broadcasting, and digital platforms. The role bridges business needs, technology, and operational execution to enhance channel performance and audience reach.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders (programming, marketing, digital teams)Analyze viewership data, TRP ratings, and digital engagement metrics
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve audience growth
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance insights
Process Management & Optimization
- Map and document current workflows (content production, scheduling, broadcasting)
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for key functions
- Ensure smooth coordination between editorial, production, and technical teams
Media & Content Operations Support
- Optimize content lifecycle (planning → production → broadcasting → digital distribution)
- Coordinate with OTT, YouTube, and social media teams
- Support content monetization and partnership initiatives
Strategy & Planning
- Assist leadership in strategic decision-making using data insights
- Conduct competitor analysis (other spiritual/religious channels & digital platforms)
- Recommend new programs, formats, or digital initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams (production, marketing, IT)
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Data Analytics, or related field
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in process mapping & improvement (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus)
- Data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Understanding of media, broadcasting, or digital content ecosystems
Technical Skills
- MS Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)
- Dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic understanding of CRM, CMS, or media management systems
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with execution focus
Preferred Experience
- 2–5+ years in business analysis, operations, or media industry
- Experience in TV channels, OTT platforms, or digital media companies
- Familiarity with religious/spiritual content ecosystem (preferred but optional).
