Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – US Staffing (Fresher)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our US Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in business development and recruitment. As a BDE, you will work closely with experienced teams to generate new business, foster client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our staffing division. If you are a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Client Interaction: Assist in building relationships with potential clients and support the sales team in client meetings and presentations.
• Market Research: Understand industry trends and client needs to offer suitable staffing solutions.
• Sales Support: Help develop strategies for business growth, assist in proposal creation, and support negotiations to close deals.
• Collaboration: Work alongside senior team members to ensure smooth coordination between sales and recruitment teams.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Freshers Welcome: No prior experience required – we will train you!
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of the US staffing industry is a plus (training will be provided).
• A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking systems (not mandatory).
• Passion for sales, client interaction, and working in a target-driven environment.
