We are looking for a dynamic  Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the gems and jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. Exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the industry are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Create and execute business development strategies to increase market share.

2.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and handle escalations effectively.

3.Sales Management:

  • Oversee the sales team, set performance goals, and monitor their progress.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Develop sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.

4.Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.


5.Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align efforts and improve the overall sales process.
  • Coordinate with senior management to ensure business goals are met.

Required Skills:

  1. Sales Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

2.Communication and Negotiation:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
