Computer Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer and Billing Operator to handle billing, invoicing, and basic computer operations at our retail store. The candidate should be comfortable using POS systems, managing daily sales records, and assisting customers during checkout.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate billing software / POS system to generate accurate bills
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payment methods
• Maintain daily sales, billing, and payment records
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and returns/exchange bills
• Update stock entries and assist with inventory records
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and taxes (GST if applicable)
• Assist customers at the billing counter in a polite manner
• Maintain basic computer data and reports as required
• Coordinate with store staff for smooth daily operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, POS)
• Experience in retail billing preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Good numerical and calculation skills
• Basic knowledge of GST billing (preferred)
• Honest, punctual, and responsible

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in retail billing or cashier role
