Job Summary:

A Tally Caller is responsible for contacting customers, maintaining call records, and updating customer details in the company database. The role involves communication with potential and existing customers to provide information about company services and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily calls to potential and existing customers.
• Maintain customer calling records and update them in company database.
• Provide information about company products and services.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings.
• Maintain daily calling reports and customer feedback.
• Update customer payment or inquiry details in the system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
