Job Description: Customer Service Associate


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Support:

* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

* Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer problems and concerns.

* Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.

* Problem-Solving:

* Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

* Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.

* Process Improvement:

* Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

* Teamwork:

* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.


Required Qualifications:

* Education: 12th Pass and Above

* Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi. Punjabi language skills are a plus.

* Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency

* Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Confidence and a positive attitude.


Shift Timings:

* Male Candidates: 24x7 shifts

* Female Candidates: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM


Work Schedule:

* 6 days a week

* 9 hours per shift


Salary for Hindi/English

CtC14000/-

In hand:11000/-


Salary for Punjabi caller:-

Ctc:-18000/-

In hand salary:-15000/-

Quarterly incentive 2000/-


Qualification:12th pass out ,graduate and above can apply.
