Customer Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Public Relations & Communication

• Act as the main contact between the channel and the public
• Build and maintain relationships with:
• Jain communities
• Religious leaders (munis,sadhvis).
• Donors and sponsors
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and public concerns.

2. Media Coordination

• Coordinate with print, digital, and TV media for:
• Press releases
• Event coverage
• Promote channel programs and spiritual events.

3. Event Management Organize and promote:

• Religious discourses (pravachans)
• Live telecasts
• Jain festivals coverage (e.g., Paryushan)
• Ensure smooth coordination between organizers and the channel

4. Content Promotion

Help In Promoting:

• Spiritual Shows.
• Live darshan and Pravachan broadcasts
• Manage publicity campaigns via social media and local networks.

5. Brand Image Management

• Maintain a positive image of the channel in public
• Handle crisis communication if any issue arises.

6. Donor & Sponsorship Handling

• Communicate with donors for funding programs
• Maintain records and relationships for long-term support.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Jain culture and values
• Event coordination ability
• Basic media and marketing knowledge
• Hindi proficiency (often required), sometimes English.

Typical Qualifications
