Location: Agra

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 CTC

About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all guests while operating and assisting with different games and attractions in the gaming zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Have complete knowledge of the unique features and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of all games and attractions.
• Assist guests with game instructions and ensure they understand how to play before starting the activity.
• Make guests feel comfortable and welcomed before and during their gaming experience.
• Promote and up-sell games and attractions to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
• Maintain constant observation of the gaming area to ensure guest safety and proper game operations.
• Ensure all safety rules and operational guidelines are strictly followed.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a positive, friendly, and professional manner (verbally and through positive body language).
• Demonstrate friendly, responsible, and enthusiastic behavior as part of the guest service culture.
• Ensure the safety of guests and team members while games are operational.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the gaming area.

• Preferred QualificationMinimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Prior experience in gaming zones, amusement parks, entertainment centers, or customer service roles will be an advantage.
