Event Manager

Job Title: Event Manager (Jinvani Channel) ( Jain Candidates Preference)

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Organize religious events, Pravachans, yatras, and live telecasts
• Coordinate logistics like venue, stage setup, lighting, and permissions.

Artist & Speaker Coordination

• Liaise with Jain monks, speakers, and spiritual leaders
• Manage schedules, travel, and hospitality.

Broadcast Coordination

• Work with production teams for live coverage and recordings.
• Ensure events are telecast smoothly on the channel.

Vendor Management

• Handle vendors for sound, decoration, catering, and technical equipment

Budget Management

• Plan and monitor event budgets.
• Optimize costs without compromising quality.

Promotion & Public Relation

• Promote events via social media, local networks, and religious communities
• Maintain relationships with sponsors and donors.

On-site Supervision

• Oversee event execution in real-time
• Troubleshoot any issues during live events.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational & multitasking ability.
• Good communication & networking skills.
• Knowledge of event production & media coordination.
• Familiarity with Jain culture and religious practices (important).
• Ability to handle live event pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Event Management / Mass Communication / Marketing preferred)
• Experience in event planning, media, or religious organizations
• Freshers may be considered for junior roles.

Work Environment

• Frequent travel for events
• Work on weekends & religious occasions
• Combination of office + field work
