Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FSE) – Agra

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Agra. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching financial products (SIP/Investment plans), and closing sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in the field
• Pitch and explain SIP/financial products to clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Conduct market visits and generate new leads through references
• Update daily activity and sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass / Graduate preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in the field and meet targets
• Basic understanding of financial products is a plus
