Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and managing robust distribution and dealer networks within their assigned territory, focusing on Moonair's range of home appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ** Network Development:** Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors and retail dealers (electronic stores, appliance showrooms) for Moonair products.
2. ** Sales & Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for new account acquisition and overall territory volume.
3. ** Relationship Management:** Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
4. ** Market Analysis:** Understand local market dynamics, competitor activities, and identify new sales opportunities.
