Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services directly to customers in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking
  • Meet potential customers to present and demonstrate products/services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
