Job Title: Field Sales Executive – QR & Sound Box Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell QR Code and Sound Box payment solutions to merchants such as shops, restaurants, and small businesses. The candidate will visit markets, onboard merchants, and help them start accepting digital payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local markets and identify potential merchants.

Sell and install QR codes and Sound Box payment devices to shop owners.

Explain the benefits of digital payments and payment bank services.

Complete merchant onboarding and KYC documentation.

Maintain relationships with existing merchants and provide support.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Report sales activities to the sales manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

0–2 years experience in field sales (Fresher can also apply).

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field work and market visits.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payments.
