Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive / Reporter 

Channel: Jinvani Channel

Location: As per assigned area

Job Summary:

Jinvani Channel is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Reporter Executives to support advertising sales, sponsorship acquisition, and local market coverage. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, building strong client relationships, and expanding the channel’s presence in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

For Sales Executive

* Identify and approach potential advertisers, sponsors, and business partners.

* Promote Jinvani Channel’s advertising, sponsorship, and media solutions.

* Generate leads and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

* Coordinate with the programming and marketing teams for campaign execution.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates.

* Ensure timely payment collection and follow-ups with clients.

For Reporter Executive

* Collect local news, events, interviews, and stories relevant to the channel.

* Coordinate with the editorial team for content approval and coverage.

* Support local brand visibility and networking for the channel.

* Assist in identifying local advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

* Ensure timely sharing of news content as per channel guidelines.

Educational Qualification

* Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.

* Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or Sales will be an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities (for Sales role).

* Basic knowledge of media, advertising, and local market dynamics.

* Ability to work independently and meet targets.

* Willingness to travel locally as per work requirement.

* Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, or CRM (preferred).

* Prior experience in media sales / local advertising / news gathering is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience

* 0–10 years of experience in sales, media, advertising, or journalism.

* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
