Job responsibilities

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Installation and DEMO of equipment
• Attending to breakdowns and repairing equipment machine at customer's site.
• Diagnosing faults and carry out inspection frequently.
• Training programs for personnel in telematics department as well as the end users.
• Product preventive maintenance and AMC service follow up.
• Managing stocks of spares and effective utilization of the tools given for the service.
• Maintaining vital records for e.g. equipment history/service reports.
• Maintaining the equipment to the best of its performance by organizing a scheduled visits.
