Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the sales organization with operational efficiency, process optimization, data analysis, and CRM management to drive overall sales performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales team with tools, reports, and systems to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy

• Maintain and optimize CRM (e.g., Salesforce) ensuring data integrity and consistency

• Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership and stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and customer success to streamline sales processes

• Assist in sales planning, territory design, quota setting, and incentive compensation

• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement in the sales cycle

• Train new sales team members on systems and processes

• Coordinate and support the implementation of new sales tools and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

• Fresher + experienced in sales operations, business operations, or a related field

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
