Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily factory operations and staff management

* Monitor loading & unloading of materials

* Coordinate with logistics team for material dispatch (what material, when, and where)

* Track movement of raw materials and finished goods

* Maintain proper inventory levels & reduce wastage

* Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor

* Prepare daily reports and update management

* Handle on-ground issues and ensure timely operations

Requirements:

* Experience in factory/production floor handling

* Strong communication & team management skills

* Ability to work under pressure and take quick decisions
