Job Description
Franchise Manager
Key responsibilities include:
• Franchise expansion: identifying and onboarding new franchise partners
• Relationship management: act as primary liaison between Future Kidds and its franchises
• Academic and Operational oversight: for maintaining adherence to Future Kidds Brand Standards.
• Performance monitoring
Desired Skills:
• excellent communication skills
• good stakeholder management/ relationship management skills
• willingness to travel for franchise visits and audits
• basic proficiency in MS Office
• working knowledge of social media platforms
Compensation Structure:
Fixed salary + performance incentive (per franchise lead conversion)
