E-Commerce Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled and responsible E-commerce Account Manager to manage our company’s accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces. The candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, keyword optimization, pricing strategy, campaigns, and driving sales growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.

Handle product listings, cataloging, and keyword optimization to improve visibility

Monitor and ensure compliance with marketplace policies

Manage orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently

Plan and execute advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Ads, Promotions)

Conduct competitor analysis and create effective pricing strategies

Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce account management

Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines
