Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all club operations, ensuring high member satisfaction, financial performance, and smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all department heads under him.
- Set operational standards and service goals.
- Handle reports, Club Target responsibility, and Business planning.
- Staff Briefing
- Club Reporting (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly as req.)
- Address escalated member issues and complaints.
- Develop marketing and membership strategies.
- Overall Business Growth

- Revenue growth across all club departments.
- Monthly sales targets.
- Client satisfaction score.
- Membership and customer acquisition rate.
