Housekeeping Executive / Attendant

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back‐of‐house facilities in accordance with hotel standards. This role ensures a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests and contributes to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service and hospitality.

• Guest Room Maintenance Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms according to established hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
• Dust furniture, clean floors, vacuum carpets, and remove trash.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any defects to the supervisor.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are used correctly and safely.
• Public Area Cleaning Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, lobbies, and other public spaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and refresh supplies as needed.
• Ensure windows, mirrors, and fixtures are kept clean and polished.
• Safety & Compliance follow all hotel policies regarding health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly and according to instructions.
• Report any unsafe conditions or potential hazards immediately.
• Guest Service Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Teamwork & Coordination Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth department operations.
• Communicate room status updates with the Front Desk and Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
