Job Description

Core HR Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Staffing: Finding, attracting, interviewing, and hiring the best talent.

On boarding: Integrating new hires smoothly into the company.

Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, salaries, bonuses, leave, and employee benefit programs.

Performance Management: Setting goals, conducting appraisals, managing promotions, and addressing under performance.

Training & Development: Organizing programs for skill enhancement and career growth.

Employee Relations: Handling grievances, resolving conflicts, fostering communication, and promoting engagement.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Policy Development: Creating, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and employee handbooks.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR data.

Workplace Culture & Safety: Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
