 Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire suitable candidates as per company requirements.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/face-to-face)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field (preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple openings
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus
• Freshers with strong interest in HR recruitment can apply
