*Job Summary:*


As an IT Telesales Caller, you will play a key role in generating new business leads and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our IT solutions, and building strong relationships with customers.


*Key Responsibilities:*


- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business leads

- Present and promote our IT solutions, highlighting their benefits and value proposition

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Research and identify new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting

- Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead generation

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies


*Requirements:*


- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services (desirable)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
