Manager Cum Cashier

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Manager-cum-Cashier to handle the smooth day-to-day functioning of our showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong management ability, confidence in handling billing, and a professional attitude towards customers and staff.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Showroom Management

• Supervise daily showroom operations.
• Manage staff, assign duties, and maintain discipline.
• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and organized counters.
• Handle customer issues, queries, and provide solutions on the spot.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the showroom.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain daily activity records.

Cashier & Billing Duties

• Operate POS/billing system efficiently.
• Handle cash, UPI, card transactions accurately.

Inventory & Operations

• Maintain stock records and coordinate for stock replenishment.
• Update product data, prices, and check availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery partners, and management.
• Support daily operational work and assist during rush hours.

🔹 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Store Manager, Cashier, Supervisor, or in Retail preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth operations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software).
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and good at multitasking.
• Should be comfortable handling both management and cashier responsibilities.
• Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Experience in retail or showroom environment is an advantage.
