⭐ Key Highlights of This Role 

1–3 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, wellness, or coaching

Strong in making diet plans + basic workout planning

Excellent communication, empathy & client-handling skills

Ability to keep clients accountable + motivated

Comfortable using WhatsApp + digital tools to coach clients

Office-based role (Agra) – no gym floor work

Ability to join immediately preferred

In this role, you will:

Create personalized diet plans and simple, safe workout structures

Support clients inside WhatsApp groups

Track client progress and ensure consistent follow-ups

Keep clients accountable, motivated, and on track with their plan

Build and refine client success systems for better results

Coordinate with the coaching & leadership team to improve product quality

Maintain a high client satisfaction score, which directly impacts your growth
