Operation Executive

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, and documentation.
• Must have independently handled compliance activities in a corporate setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR compliance for the Mumbai region, including:
• Establishment registration
• Monthly/annual statutory filings
• PF & ESIC compliance
• Challan generation & payment
• Documentation & record maintenance

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on, independent experience in PF & ESIC (not through consultants).
• Ability to generate, review, and file challans independently.

• Communication skills are not mandatory for this role.
