Job Description

We are a global healthcare company helping patients worldwide access affordable medicines.

We are looking for a Patient Support & Operations Executive (Customer Success) to manage customer communication and online patient communities.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Agra.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support & Lead Management

  • Reply to international patient queries via email in a timely and polite manner
  • Follow up with patients for pending information or documents
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM (Zoho)
  • Request feedback and reviews from delivered customers

2. Customer Reviews Management

  • Invite customers to join Facebook support groups
  • Encourate patients to share their feedback and build a positive relationship
  • Encourage patients to share reviews and experience

3. Newsletter Support

  • Help organize common patient questions for newsletters
  • Monitor monthly newsletter distribution

4. Website Support (Occasional)

  • Update and upload products on Shopify using a provided format (training will be given)

5. Send introductory emails or LinkedIn messages to doctors and healthcare professionals.


Required Skills & Profile

  • Good written English communication
  • Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and basic online tools.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Patient, polite, and empathetic nature
  • Organized and responsible
  • Prior experience in any CRM (like Zoho)

Preferred Background (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in healthcare / hospital / pharmacy / customer support
  • Graduates in BBA / B.Pharma preferred
