RCM Billing Executive (Insurance Caller)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role involves handling end-to-end medical billing activities, ensuring accurate claim submission, timely follow-ups, and denial management to maximize revenue recovery for healthcare providers.

• Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies (electronic/paper).
• Verify accuracy of CPT, ICD-10, and modifier usage before claim submission.
• Track claims to ensure timely payment and resolve rejections/denials.
• Perform payment posting (ERA/manual) and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers for claim status, appeals, and eligibility checks.
• Manage patient billing, statements, and outstanding balances.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and insurance guidelines.
• Work closely with coding, AR, and posting teams to ensure smooth RCM process.
• Generate and analyze billing and collection reports.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in medical billing/RCM.
• 0–3 years of experience in US healthcare billing and RCM process.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and insurance guidelines.
• Familiarity with claim submission portals and EHR/EMR systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Fluency in English and ready to work night shift from office is mandatory.
