Relationship Manager

Position: Relationship Manager/ Sales Officer

Reporting to : Sales Manager/ Branch Manager

Education Background : Graduate/ Post Graduate

Work Experience, Skills & Other Requirements :

 -> 1 to 3 Years experience preferable in Affordable home finance space

-> Good understanding of the business & market being managed

Responsibilities :

-> Sourcing business from affordable home finance segment directly or through empaneled channels

-> Identification of right customer, ability to understand customer requirements and offering a right product

-> Files sourced should be meeting our policy guidelines

-> Customer handling skills and capability of resolving customer issues, clarifying queries and enhancing the customer relationships

-> Client servicing commitment from the sourcing to end of the contract with patience in view of future business  

Compensation & Internal Grade:

-> CTC offered will be competitive as per market
