Restaurant Captain

Responsible for supervising daily floor operations and ensuring smooth service in an Indian restaurant. Leads service staff, maintains high hospitality standards, and ensures proper knowledge of Indian dishes, gravies, breads, biryanis, and regional specialties. Coordinates with the kitchen for timely service, monitors order accuracy, handles guest concerns, and ensures SOP compliance, hygiene, and service discipline.
