Job Description

Position Title: Sales Executive


Nature of the Role:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling furniture and home décor products of Aroha Interiors through showroom interactions and digital platforms. The role combines customer handling, sales conversion, and basic digital marketing support to enhance brand visibility and revenue.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements related to furniture and interior décor solutions.
  • Explain product features, pricing, quality standards, and customization options.
  • Generate and convert sales leads to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure proper display, presentation, and upkeep of showroom products.
  • Manage customer follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts of the company.
  • Create basic promotional content, including photos and videos, for products, offers, and showroom activities.


Eligibility / Qualifications:


  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Experience in sales, retail, furniture, or interior décor will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency preferred.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Basic skills in video creation and content promotion using a smartphone or simple editing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and professional environment.
