Job Description
Role Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, consultative selling, negotiation, and deal closure. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, structured thinking, and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calling, networking, and systematic follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement analysis, and solution-based product presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Maintain CRM records and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
