Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our business development in the aluminium facade and fenestration domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong network among architects, builders, and project consultants, with proven experience in project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for aluminium doors, windows, and facade systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, production) to ensure project execution.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Any Relative Field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales of façade systems, aluminium windows & doors, Glass Railing or related building materials.
• Strong technical understanding of aluminium systems and glass specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
