Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the EdTech segment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase enrollments and revenue.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training, coaching, and feedback.
• Handle key client interactions and support the team in closing high-value deals.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, education, or training industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing inside sales or counseling teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Knowledge of the education or online learning market.
