Job Title:  Eicher Tractor Salesman  

Location: Agra 

Department: Sales 

Employment Type: On Dealer Payroll / Contract Basis 

Reporting To: Dealer Sales Manager / Dealer Principal 

Job Purpose 

Sell tractors in your area by finding people who need them, meeting them, explaining the tractor, and building good relations to complete sales. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Generate leads through village visits, farmer meetings, and local market activities  
• Promote and sell tractors and related equipment 
• Give product demo, explain features & benefits to customers  
• Build and maintain relationships with existing Eicher customers, influencers and village heads (Pradhans)  
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets  
• Assist customers with loan and finance processes 
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales leads using mobile app 
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction  
• Maintain daily activity reports and update mobile app regularly  

Eligibility Criteria 

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Matriculation)  

Experience 

• Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome  
• Candidates with experience in tractor, automobile, or agri-equipment sales will be preferred  

Required Skills 

• Good communication and convincing skills. 
• Basic knowledge of agriculture/farming (preferred)  
• Ability to work in rural markets and field conditions. 
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset 

Other Requirements 

• Must own a motorcycle with valid driving license and documents. 
• Comfortable using smartphone applications (CRM, WhatsApp, etc.)  
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory  

Compensation & Benefits 

• Salary: 8000- 15000 (Based on experience/dealership) 
• Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 per tractor (performance-based)  
• Additional Benefits: Mobile recharge expenses and two-wheeler fuel expenses as applicable.
