Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Specialist at Cinemafy. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for making sales calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and closing deals. This is an on-site role located in Tajganj Agra. You get leads by your senior team and you need to call and convert leads into sales.

Training Period:

A comprehensive 3-day training period will be provided to help you master the sales script, gain a deep understanding of all products and services, address common client objections, and learn essential sales techniques to convert leads into sales. During this training period, only travel compensation will be provided. Upon successful completion, you will receive your joining letter.

Sales Process And Products:

The sales process involves receiving leads from the senior department, which you are responsible for contacting and converting into sales. Our primary offerings include UGC video production, Meta ads services, and influencer marketing solutions.

Target Expectations:

120,000Rs.

Target And Incentive

From second month you have to achieve at least 70% percent of your target. and 1 percent incentive you get if you achieve target and 5% incentive of above the target.
