Arvind Hyundai is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Khandari, Agra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, preparing job cards, coordinating with the workshop, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery. Strong communication skills and basic automotive knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their service requirements

Create accurate job cards and cost estimates

Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff

Keep customers informed about service progress

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Graduate/ Post Graduate in Automobile/ Mechanical (preferred) with basic automotive knowledge

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in a dealership or service center (preferred)
